208. Cecil Ice. Born on 27 Aug 1923 in Miller, Hand, Dakota Territory. Cecil died in Pierre, Hughes, South Dakota, on 2 Dec 2012; he was 89.

On 29 May 1946 when Cecil was 22, he married Margie Mansbridge in Billings, MT.

They had the following children:

		i.	Randall. Randall married Diane.
		ii.	Linda. Linda married Galen Theobald.
		iii.	Jeff.

209. Howard Wilson Ice. Born on 30 Jan 1918 in Huron, Beadle, South Dakota. Howard Wilson died on 9 Apr 2006; he was 88. Buried in Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, Meade, South Dakota.

In Mar 1942 when Howard Wilson was 24, he married Elizabeth Jane McClung. Born on 26 Feb 1917. Elizabeth Jane died in Spearfish, Hand/Lawrence, South Dakota, on 23 Jan 2002; she was 84. Buried in Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, Meade, South Dakota.

They had the following children:

210. Jesse (Randall) Ice. Born in 1917 in South Dakota. Jesse (Randall) died in Rapid City, South Dakota, on 17 Mar 1947; he was 30.

On 20 Jan 1938 when Jesse (Randall) was 21, he married LaRue M. Leitner in Pennington, South Dakota. Born in 1916 in Wyoming. LaRue M. died in Rapid City, South Dakota, on 17 Mar 1947; she was 31.

They had the following children:

		i.	UNNAMED.
		ii.	Cheryl Lynn. Born on 20 Aug 1943 in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Cheryl Lynn died in Beulah, Wyoming, on 3 Jan 2002; she was 58.
